Cost Efficiency Audit
Simply put, we analyze all property operating costs to help homeowners save money. This includes homeowners insurance, landscaping, snow removal, boat & dock servicing/storage, security systems, housekeeping, garbage collection, cable/internet, pest control, etc. You get to choose how many of these we look into, and we only charge if we create realized savings for you.
Owner’s Representative
What does an owners rep do? We coordinate design and construction teams, manage budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, quality, risks, and changes, and provide regular reports and advice to deliver the project on time, on budget, and to your expectations. We stand in between you and contractors to ensure things remain on-track.
Design
Supporting the creation of functional and attractive spaces in your home, striking the balance of form and function is a challenge. We can offer additional options and solutions whether it’s color, palette choices, furniture, layout, structural design, or fixtures and finishes.
Caretaker
A home caretaker regularly checks and maintains a house when the owner is away. Tasks include managing cleaning, lawn and garden care, routine inspections, monitoring HVAC/plumbing/electrical, arranging and overseeing repairs, and collecting mail and packages. They ensure security, document the property with photos and reports, respond to emergencies, and keep the home looking, working, and safe.
